‘Dim Sum' translates to ‘touch the heart', and Dim Sum is the inspiration behind the So Yum experience. So Yum encourage sampling bite-size morsels from a variety of dishes; which comprise of meat, seafood and vegetable fillings contained within individually prepared parcels. So Yum also offer an extensive tea menu, with flowering and fragrant teas to complement any dish.

There are also a carefully chosen selection of beloved Asian dishes on the menu, ranging from noodle dishes to curries and salads. For those who have travelled in Asia, you will appreciate the fresh fruit and vegetable juices offered at So Yum – but cocktail lovers will not be disappointed by the magical cocktail menu, comprising of favourites like Cosmopolitans and Mojitos.

Start off with steamed buns with various fillings, from Honey BBQ duck to succulent pork; as well as a selection of dumplings filled with exotically spiced meats, vegetables and seafood. The Steamed Scallops in Black Bean sauce and the Salmon dumplings made us salivate! So Yum's spring rolls are prepared to absolute perfection – you'll never be able to eat another spring roll after this! Other bite size dishes include Hong Kong Pears; Duck Wanton and char-grilled skewers. Noodle lovers will enjoy noodle dishes from across Asia, including Spicy Seafood Noodle, with mussels, calamari, prawn and linefish; Beef Udon noodle; Duck Ramen and Sizzling Beef.
