House Sandrock Guest Apartment is a fully furnished flat with its own entrance and ample of parking. The flat is a separate annex located on the 1st floor of a modern mid-century modern house that was designed and built by the architect Brian Sandrock for himself in 1960 (the architect of UNISA).

Self Catering Accommodation

The apartment sleeps two adults.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and storage space. The modern bathroom has a shower and bathroom amenities including shampoo, soap and hand and body lotion are provided. Other room facilities include a hair dryer, ironing facilities and safe.

The lounge is a period themed space with books, comfortable seating and the obligatory sofa you can crash on to watch a movie from our media library or the news on SABC. Satellite TV is not provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge and doubles as a breakfast table. Coffee, tea, milk, rusks and muesli are complimentary.

The apartment boasts amazing views of Pretoria and the Union buildings with very tranquil surroundings. Guest can also enjoy our swimming pool and make use of the braai facilities.

Location

We are about 100m from Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital making this the ideal stay over when visiting patients. We're also close to UNISA, the city center and the University of Pretoria.
