The Turning Point Tutors conference venues are conveniently located near the University of Pretoria, the Hatfield Gautrain station and the Hatfield plaza. The conference venues can accommodate groups of between 20 and 80 people. The facility is well equipped with electronic screens, sound system and cordless microphones. The conference venues can be used for formal training, meetings and presentations, and is offered at an affordable price for small businesses.

Venues

Conference Venue 1:
The venue is ideal for a group of up to 70 delegates depending on the seating arrangement. The venues are provided with folding tables, tablecloths and chairs. The venue is equipped with a data projector (HDMI compatible), a drop down screen, white board and is fully air-conditioned. The venue is also equipped with speakers and an amplifier. There are no additional costs with the use of our data projector, screen, speakers and amplifier.

Conference Venue 2:
The venue is ideal for groups of up to 90 delegates depending on the seating arrangement. The venue is equipped with a data projector (HDMI compatible), a drop down screen, white board and is fully air-conditioned. The venue is also equipped with speakers and an amplifier. There are no additional costs with the use of our data projector, screen, speakers and amplifier.

Facilities

A bathroom is located on the same floor as the aforementioned venues. Catering can be provided on request. Take away restaurants and shops such as Kauai, Barcelós, Spur, Burger King, and KFC are within a walking distance from the conference venues. The Hatfield Plaza is also within a walking distance from the conference venues.

Parking

Safe underground parking inside the premises is available at a nominal charge per day.
