We overnighted in Mtunzini for a friends 40th birthday and were impressed by this clean and attractive little town. The locals are super friendly, the beach beautiful and the dune forest is spectacular. Make sure you look out for the Palm Nut vultures!

Walking on the beaches, through forests, visiting wetlands and listening to the many bird calls - this was our Mtunzini experience. Absolutely nothing rivals it - everything about it is picture-perfect.
