The Mogul Golf Course is located in the town of Lephalale, formerly known as Ellisras. Considered to one of Limpopo's best kept secrets and buzzing with excellent reviews, it is no wonder that the golf club is considered the heart of the town.

The eighteen-hole course is no pushover either, Mogol members and visitors need to keep their wits about them as the course demands accuracy and pin point precision. That said, the glorious surroundings provide the setting in which perfect peace can be attained without losing focus on the task at hand.

Mogol is famous for its unique sky-bunkers or should I say gigantic Marula trees that line the fairways, bringing a rather unique and African aspect to the game. The course measures in at 6077m and has been rated in the top 80 golf courses in the country more than once.

In fact, Mogol is considered the country's finest winter golfing course. Visitors will be please to know that play here is open to the public. However, it is highly recommended that you book your hotel or accommodation in Waterberg and your tee-off times ahead to avoid disappointment.

Facilities include a clubhouse, halfway house, horse riding, banquet facilities, rugby grounds, cricket grounds, soccer grounds and braai facilities.
