About Café Zanzibar
Café Zanzibar is a trendy spot, popular amongst the young up-and-coming crowd of Central, Port Elizabeth.
Situated in Parliament Street, it is perfectly placed for locals to enjoy a few quiet drinks or have a party right down the road from home. In the day, this is a cool joint for coffees and light meals. Happy “hour” starts at 15h00 and extends right until 19h00, offering cool drinks specials. Even menu items that are not on special are very reasonably priced.
Zanzibar has a real “island” look and feel to it. This is in line with its laid-back party mood, and will soon get all of its patrons into the same frame of mind. At night, there are frequently live performances including jazz bands, DJ's, poets and open mic nights.
