About The Little Ford Theatre
The Little Ford Theatre is situated in Port Elizabeth and is a hub for social and cultural activities. Originally built in the 1850's and a national monument since 1980, this beautiful building was previously known as the Athenaeum and is a great example of early architecture at its best.
At the end of the Second World War around 1940, the little Ford theatre was taken predominantly used by the Port Elizabeth Musical and Drama Society (PEMADS), who rent this fabulous space to host a variety of small musicals and productions now and again.
Contact PEMADS to find out more about upcoming productions, hall hire, to get involved or even rent costumes.
