The Red Shed Coffee & Berry Bar is a buzzing, vibey place for parents to meet and relax while their little ones enjoy the fun of the farm. Situated on Redberry Farm in George, this bar was opened in 2015 in response to the growing need for a healthy, fresh or comforting drink while patrons watched their children enjoying themselves in these safe surrounds.

Redberry Farm is all about keeping families busy. There are fields of strawberries that can be collected and bought, a mind-boggling maze to tackle, a mini train that zoots children around the farm, a play area, and cute bunnies and guinea pigs that can be fed and cuddled.

The Red Shed Coffee & Berry Bar has a berry iced tea, hot berry teas, strawberry milkshakes, and berry smoothies. For a bit more of a kick, try the raspberry cider, strawberry beer, or one of the berry cocktails. On a chilly day, the freshly brewed coffees will be just the thing to warm you up. Visitors should order at the Red Shed counter and then sit down. Your order will be brought to you. Take-aways can also be requested.

There are comfy couches as well as tables and chairs, complete with a fireplace for chilly winter days in the Western Cape. The summer deck is ideal for warm afternoons spent sipping on a cold drink and enjoying the crisp, fresh air of the strawberry farm. Since its opening, the Red Shed Coffee & Berry Bar has become a popular spot for fun events; such as baby showers, kitchen teas and other celebrations. It is cosy enough for an intimate catch-up with a good friend, or a date with a significant other, and vibrant enough for a big lunch with friends and family.

The Red Shed Coffee & Berry Bar is only closed on Sundays, Christmas Day and Good Friday.
