Rolling Beer Bikes (also known as Bullcook & Co) was established in 2015 with the aim of producing premium craft spirits and beers that are as tasty as they are crisp and refreshing. These top-notch beers are designed for the discerning taste buds of local beer-drinkers and visitors alike. There are even non-alcoholic treats for visitors to Bullcook & Co. These include mocktails, juices and soft drinks.

The success behind the beers produced in this craft brewery is down to the basic ingredient – love. When beer is crafted without distraction from the sheer passion for the brew, there can only be good results. Some of the local craft brews include:

The Bullcook Blonde
The murky colour precedes strong clove flavours and more subtle banana and lemon notes. It is a spicy malted beer and no hops are used in it, which means that it is not bitter. It is fabulously refreshing, crisp and moreish.

The Land Looker Lager
Inspired by a classic pilsner, this beer is enhanced with the fruity influences more typical of ale. It is light to drink and boasts plenty of flavour. It is made using hops, but it is not overly bitter.

The Axe Man Pale Ale
With lashings of hops, this is a perfectly spicy ale with plenty of punch. It is intriguing, irresistible, and ideal for those who love a little attitude from their beer.

Tastings of all the beers and tours of the craft brewery are on offer. These give visitors the perfect opportunity to savour every last drop of a range of delicious creations, and to learn more about the process and the product – from start to finish. This is fantastic for an afternoon with friends, or a beer-tasting adventure with your work team.

In addition, Bullcook & Co has a mobile bar that can be hired for events and festivals, as well as the Rolling BeerBike Single Station, which offers craft beer on the go.
