The Foundry is known for its excellent craft beers (of which there are well over 80 varieties), whiskies and coffees. These are sourced from some of the finest microbreweries, distilleries and Arabica bean growers from all over the world to be enjoyed in the capital city of the Gauteng Province. However, the craft beers are sourced only from South Africa, giving local breweries the opportunity to showcase their top-notch produce. Each producer and supplier has been chosen specifically for their quality and unique appeal, fulfilling a very special set of criteria to ensure the best dining and drinking experience. It is no wonder, then, that The Foundry is a popular spot for locals, but also a must-visit for tourists and visitors from around the world.

In addition to these fine refreshments, there is a full wine list, as well as a novel cocktail list that comprises a number of exciting and unusual concoctions. The Big Lebowski is not to be missed. It is made with vanilla vodka, lavender liqueur, martini bianco, martini extra dry and lime juice.
