About Leaky Tap Brewery
Four school friends had a dream to start their very own craft brewery and to be a group of proverbial drips together on this exciting venture. Today, their dream is realised in Gauteng, in the form of the Leaky Tap brewery. This is where fantastic craft beers are born, and friendships are forged and fostered.
Leaky Tap Brewery is the proud creator of the first craft beer in Centurion and the first golden ale in Pretoria. And they continue to create innovative beers with a view to enchanting the taste buds and inspiring the creative beer-drinkers to new heights.
The Leaky Tap range includes the
Leaky Tap Golden Ale (ABV 4.8%)
This is a pale ale that is delightfully quaffable, with a slightly fruity finish.
Red Ant Irish Red Ale (ABV 4.5%)
The gorgeous red tinge, the caramel malt, and the roast grain flavour make this a stunning drink for a hot day or a chilly evening.
MoBro Lager (ABV 4.5%)
This is best described as a real South African lager. It is refreshing, delicious, and stirs a hankering for more.
At the moment, only the golden ale is available in restaurants around Gauteng. However, the other beers being produced at Leaky Tap are usually available as tasters at markets and festivals.
Thanks to its convenient locale in the heart of Gauteng, Leaky Tap is accessible for those who live in Johannesburg or Pretoria, as well as to visitors to Gauteng.
