About Greek Sunday Buffet at the Hellenic Centre
We no longer recommend this activity.
The Hellenic Centre in Durban North hosts a buffet lunch on the first and last Sundays of every month. The cost is very reasonable (children under the age of 10 eat for free) and its well worth every cent.
There are a number of hot and cold starters ranging from calamari, chicken livers, meat balls and other Greek delicacies, a range of main courses, a wide selection of delicious desserts as well as tea and coffee. The venue has a liquor licence so alcohol is available should you wish to indulge.
A jumping castle is set up outside the hall to entertain the children. It is advisable to book a table for the buffet as they are popular and normally full. Payment is made at the door.
