About Mountain High Cycle Tours

Mountain High Cycle Tours welcomes any keen mountain biker, or just the average joe cyclist looking to see South Africa from a different perspective. Come and cycle with us in a safe and controlled way with a guide to show you all the hotspots.

We guarantee you an exciting adventure and are positive you will leave having had a very good experience. Come and see what makes Sabie, Mpumalanga such a great and diverse place, experience the Blyde river canyon on bike or the lovely single tracks in Graskop forests.

We accommodate all types of fitness levels, although a reasonable level of fitness along with an active attitude are needed for most tours. A backup car can always be arranged if needed. We also cater for age groups 16-67 (67 being the current long distance age record so far). Younger guests can be accommodated but with a private guide on a private mountain bike tour.

We also accommodate mountain bike tours across the main and eastern areas of South Africa.

Our Guides are all fully qualified according to South African overland standards, so they will be able to talk to you about a lot of the interesting things you come across. If a guide is unsure about something you see, they will research it and come back to you with answers. It becomes a fun learning experience, and not just your average mountain bike tour.
