The true measure of success is a place that makes exercise so fun that you forget you're exercising. The be.UP Park is a vibey indoor centre that is designed to get everyone moving, with plenty of laughs and a fair amount of sweat in the mix. This activity hub is perfect for people of all ages, thanks to the huge variety of equipment and obstacles. With trampolines, climbing walls, mazes and aerial games, this is a world of adventure and non-stop, unadulterated fun.

The be.UP Park is in Pinelands, Cape Town. More than just exercise equipment, it is vibrant, engaging and irresistible for children and adults alike.

The AltiGame
If altitude is your thing, you'll love trying out these games, which are all at five metres above ground level. Skateboard in the air (attached to a wire for safety), walk on planks and crawl through tunnels in an obstacle course designed to test your agility and refine your balance. If you fail, you tumble into the giant safety net below, which may be almost as fun as not failing!

A Trampoline Zone
Anyone over 1.2 metres tall can go wild on the flat trampolines, inclined trampolines, and elastic walls. This means that, whether you're a newbie or an athlete, you can jump and flip between these trampolines for hours. There are two performance trampolines for those who have had some practice, and the giant airbag is the perfect landing spot for tricksters.

Clip ‘n Climb
Indoor rock climbing is reinvented. This is the first of its kind in South Africa, and allows climbers to clip themselves in and climb, without needing a partner to tighten or loosen the rope as they go. There are 11 climbing walls, and a variety of poles (the tallest of which is a staggering eight metres high).

The Maze
Designed for little ones, this multi-layered puzzle area is about more than simply finding a way out. There are ball ponds, slides, trampolines, and tunnels to negotiate along the way. For the even smaller children, there is a soft play area, and staff members are around to watch that the children are safe.

For certain activities, helmets, harnesses, closed safety shoes, and grip socks may be required. These are supplied by be.UP Park.

The be.Café is the perfect spot for a hot cuppa and a snack, while taking advantage of the free Wi-Fi. More importantly, there is an uninterrupted view of the play area from be.Café, so parents can relax and watch their children having the time of their lives below. This café has limited wheelchair accessibility.
