Kite surfing, or kiting, is a water sport that is becoming more and more popular in South Africa - both for locals and for those visiting the shores of this country. The warm waters and excellent weather conditions are the perfect combination for any outdoorsy sports, and kiting is no exception.

Constantly Kiting is based in the Western Cape Province. Thanks to this prime positioning, training, courses and camps are conducted in the scenic Langebaan as well as in Blouberg, which is a beach that is renowned for its great kite surfing conditions. In both cases, the lessons and experiences are set against backdrops that are nothing short of magnificent.

Kite surfing lessons at both Langebaan and Blouberg are tailored to teach the newest of kiters or to add to the expertise of those who have managed to learn this exciting sport already, throwing in some cool tricks and moves. Lessons include a safety briefing, flying the kite and riding the board. Then, all of these elements are put together to complete the unforgettable kite surfing experience on both flat water and waves.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boarding is also gaining increasing acclaim in South Africa, and Constantly Kiting includes training sessions for this in their list of services.

The kite surfing clinics take place over the course of seven days and combine almost non-stop kiting fun with plenty of good food and refreshments. Whether you want the basics, or a more intensive course that involves slightly more complex techniques, a kite surfing camp is definitely the way to go.

All of the courses provided by Constantly Kiting include the gear required too. However, your own gear will be necessary for the camps. The courses are excellent for individuals, groups or corporate teams that want to use this fun sport as a team building initiative.
