About Learn to play Lawn Bowls
Green grass, blue skies, pink and yellow bowls, no dress code (even barefoot goes); lawn bowling has been reinvented. Young lovers of the game have taken a misunderstood sport and re-launched the fun. All equipment is provided (bowls, mats and jacks) as well as the basic demonstration '(flow & go' delivery) and instruction on the guidelines and goals of the game.
The game is a relaxed play on technique and accuracy sharing some qualities with snooker and tenpin bowling. A social mix for all ages and fitness levels with a bar and clubhouse facilities. Package options include the 'Harry Casual' which is 2 hours of recreational play or the 'Full Monty' for bigger teams which includes an exciting round robin tournament, marshals and prize giving.
