Traditional in appearance from the street, 10 Loader Street is a stylish property that has been cleverly designed with open plan living space, pool and three bedrooms. This is ideal self catering accommodation for six guests. Here you are near to various attractions and activities in the area.

Self Catering Accommodation

A central corridor divides two air-conditioned bedrooms from the kitchen and entertaining part of the house.

The front bedroom has a separate bathroom with large shower and free-standing bath. Venetian doors allow you to sit in the bath looking directly across the pool and terrace. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower.

There is an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen which extends through to a dining area and air-conditioned living space with French windows that open onto the pool and terrace.

The pool area has an outdoor shower and a built in braai / barbecue. From here stairs lead up to the large roof deck with seating, sun loungers and hanging chairs where you can enjoy amazing views of Table Mountain and the city.

From the same pool terrace stairs lead to the lower ground courtyard to the third bedroom with en-suite shower.

Loadshedding

We are not affected by Load Shedding as we are on a hospital power grid.
