123 Ocean View Drive is a newly renovated luxury self catering studio apartment, situated in wind free Green Point, on the slopes of Signal Hill, with magnificent views of the ocean, V&A Waterfront and the suburbs below.

Self Catering Accommodation

Sleeping two guests, the apartment consists of a spacious open-plan bedroom with extra-length beds and 100% percale cotton linen. The dining alcove opens onto the private view terrace.

The en-suite bathroom has a separate bath and shower and double hand basin. Top quality bath sheets and towels are provided. The adjoining toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchenette and all crockery and cutlery, pots and pans and kitchen utensils are of a high quality.

Features

There is a flat screen colour TV with all Satellite channels, a DVD player and music system in the apartment. The unit has air conditioning as well as heating. Wi-Fi internet access is available.

There is a lovely swimming pool for your use as well as a small garden. The apartment has its own spacious private terrace with Weber BBQ. The unobstructed sea view from the terrace is beautiful and Green Point is normally a wind-free area.
