12 Parsonage Street has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All three bedrooms have complete en-suite bathrooms with a bath and a separate large shower.; The fully equipped kitchen has all the equipment necessary for self catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a large open plan dining room and lounge. The dining room table can seat six guests. The cottage is furnished with several Cape country antiques and architectural prints. Externally there is a “stoep” with table and chairs, a braai facility and a large garden with a water feature leading through to a shared swimming pool in an adjoining separate walled area.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
