The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and seating area that opens onto a spacious living space lit from the skylight above. Venetian sliding doors divide this area from the large air-conditioned ground floor master bedroom.
Open stairs take you to the second air-conditioned lounge area where Venetian sliding doors also divide this area from the second en-suite bedroom.
At the opposite end of this floor the lounge opens onto a small balcony with plunge pool where you can sit and enjoy the city views. At the front of the property and across the public pavement, there is a small garden and picnic bench.
