The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with Twin beds, and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The second and third bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and a breakfast bar with seating. The open-plan living area offers comfortable sofas to relax on, and leads out to the backyard, which boasts a built-in braai area and a covered swimming pool. Secure garage parking is available on the property. The property is not affected by loadshedding as there are inverters and gas hobs in all villas for your convenience when power outages occur. The lights and Wi-Fi will also be available.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged.
