The stylish bathroom leads off the dining area with grey tiles, concrete sink counter and has a large shower, again overlooking the outdoor area.
The living room faces Waterkant Street, with plenty of light from the front sash windows. A yellow feature wall wraps around the living room and along the corridor to the fully fitted kitchen, with concrete work tops, white bricks and yellow ceiling.
This opens onto the blue dining area with French Windows to the brick paved courtyard with outdoor shower, seating and colourful wall art.
