There are also many nearby stud farms, including one owned by legendary golfer Gary Player, that produce high-quality racehorses and may be visited on request. Attractions include spending time at the Doornkloof Reserve, visiting the Colesberg-Kemper Museum, going on a walking tour of Colesberg or hiking the Transkaroo Hiking Trail.
