4 Bayview Terrace is a large traditional property offering accommodation in Cape Town and boasting one of the best locations in the De Waterkant village with three bedrooms, garage, pool and amazing views.

Self Catering Accommodation

Spanning from Loader Street across to Bayview Terrace you enter via the garage area. The expansive open plan ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen and dining area with small courtyard.

The living room area with fireplace opens out onto the garden with seating, sun-lounges and plunge pool that looks across the Harbour and Table Bay.

The ground floor also has an air-conditioned twin or king bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. Upstairs the master air-conditioned bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with whirl pool bath. French Windows open onto a private balcony with views of the Harbour and City.

Along a corridor the third air-conditioned bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room opens onto a deck with seating and views of Signal Hill and Table Mountain. Spiral stairs lead you to the top roof deck with 360 degree views of the city, harbour, Signal Hill and Table Mountain.

Loadshedding

We are not affected by Load Shedding as we are on a hospital power grid.

FACILITIES

This cottage offers plenty of space, privacy and home comforts; it is cleaned six days a week with a light service on Sundays (with the exception of public holidays). All bed linen and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is complimentary tea and coffee to get you started. The property has satellite television, DVD, music systems, and a manual wall safe.
