With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, 7 Bayview Terrace sleeps six guests in luxurious comfort.

Spanning from Loader Street across to Bayview Terrace you enter via the garage area. Contemporary and modern in design the expansive open plan ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen and air-conditioned dining area with small stylish courtyard.

The living room area with ornamental fireplace opens out onto the patio with, seating, sun-lounges and solar heated plunge pool that looks across the Harbour and Table Bay. The ground floor third air-conditioned twin or king bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower.

Upstairs the large master air-conditioned bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. Sliding French Windows open onto a large balcony overlooking the plunge pool below with seating and views of the village and Table Mountain.

The second air-conditioned bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room opens onto its own balcony that has seating with an outdoor sink and bar counter; this deck can also be accessed by exterior steps in the garage.

Loadshedding

We are not affected by Load Shedding as we are on a hospital power grid.

FACILITIES

Cleaned six days a week with a light service on Sundays, with the exception of public holidays. We provide all bed linen and towels and the kitchen is fully fitted and there is complimentary tea and coffee to get you started. The property has satellite television, DVD, music systems, and a manual wall safe.
