86 on Jubilee offers Karoo accommodation with a traditional experience in two cottages at a lovely heritage home situated in a peaceful suburb in Oudtshoorn. The large garden allows guests to relax and enjoy time in the sun.

Self Catering Accommodation

86 on Jubilee consists of two cottages, both different in size. Each cottage has a private entrance and a verandah, as well as access to undercover parking. Guests have their own Weber braai in their own private courtyards but also access to braai facilities in the main garden. There is also uncapped Wi-Fi and full DStv.

Lavender:
A lovely spacious two bedroom cottage dates back to the early 1900's and exposes it's age with beautiful high ceilings, wooden floors and an abundance of old world charm. It has been lovingly restored and decorated and forms part of the main house.

Sleeping five guests, makes Lavender ideal for families and small groups travelling together. As you enter the cottage through it's own private entrance, there is an entrance hall, two large separate bedrooms (twins and Queen), a cosy warm lounge area with a single day bed. The well sized sunny kitchen, is fully equipped and has a table top oven with two plates and has a dining area.

There is a full bathroom with a shower-over-bath, fresh fluffy towels and basic toiletries. The covered veranda overlooks the beautiful garden, that attracts many garden birds for guests to enjoy. A communal braai area and fire pit is available to use for those long summer evenings or to snuggle around in the early winter evenings. A Weber is provided in the enclosed courtyard at the back of the cottage.

Spekboom:
This tastefully decorated cottage is located to the back of the property and dates back to the early 1900's. It shows off it's age with beautiful wooden floors and simple old world charm. Sleeping two guests, it offers an open-plan sleeping (twins) and living area, as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath, fresh fluffy towels and basic toiletries.

The fully equipped kitchenette has a microwave and fridge that allows for easy cooking or why not relax in the secluded outdoor courtyard and enjoy a braai on a Weber. A short path leads to the beautiful garden at the front of the main house, that attracts many garden birds for guests to enjoy.

A communal braai area and fire pit is available to use for those long summer evenings or to snuggle around in the early winter evenings.
