8A Loader Street is a large open plan holiday apartment in Cape Town on the first floor of the small apartment complex. You enter via an outdoor staircase which has a small seating area next to the front door.

A corridor, with dedicated desk area, connects to the open plan living space and separate bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed. This room, with ceiling fan, has a sliding glass door and benefits from windows looking across the colourful village properties and Signal Hill.

The bathroom is open plan and is fitted with two sink areas, shower and separate toilet. A hairdryer and wall safe are included.

The stylish air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area take full advantage of the great angled corner aspect of this property with Juliet balcony windows opening out onto village views. You can also see Table Mountain, above the neighbouring properties, from the comfortable colourful suede sofa and dining area.

There is a TV with selected satellite channels and Wi-Fi is provided. The fully fitted modern kitchen stretches along one wall back towards the corridor and includes a washer / dryer.

On Site Facilities

We clean twice a week, every other day or so during the weekdays. We do not service weekends or public holidays.

Loadshedding

We are not affected by Load Shedding as we are on a hospital power grid.
