Located at the heart of the De Waterkant Village this sophisticated Cape town self catering house has been lovingly restored to the highest standard throughout. Sliding louvre shutters and doors open onto a wooden balcony where you can relax and enjoy city and Table Mountain views.

Self Catering Accommodation

At 92 Waterkant Street the Napier Street front door enters directly into the main open plan air-conditioned lower ground floor. A green and blue wooden panelled kitchen, with guest toilet, overlooks the dining and double height living space. This area opens onto the private high walled courtyard with wooden decking, built in braai / BBQ, sink and plunge pool.

Stairs lead you up to the split ground floor level which has another entrance from Waterkant Street. From the study and TV lounge a couple of further steps connect through to bedroom two with wallpapered headboard wall, with Queen-size bed and black metal work, taps and white detailed en-suite shower bathroom.

Further wooden stairs connect to the first floor master bedroom with a King-size bed, exposed wooden rafters and glass dividing top walls to the black metal work, taps and white detailed en-suite shower bathroom. Sliding louvre shutter doors access the large rood terrace with counter top, sink and great views of the surrounding area and Table Mountain.
