Self Catering Accommodation

AfriCamps tents consist of a spacious open plan lounge area with a comfortable couch and a fully equipped kitchen. Our tents are equipped with an air-conditioning unit to keep you cool during those hot summer nights and a private bathroom with a hot shower, wash basin and flushing toilet.

The tents have two bedrooms; both furnished with a Queen-size bed. The second bedroom also has a single bunk bed.

The dining room area has a table with enough seating for five people and a fireplace to keep you warm during the winter months. The wooden deck at is furnished with loungers; perfect to relax in while watching the natural surroundings.

Soak up the views of the Outeniqua mountains in the distance from your own private outdoor wood-fired hot tub. It's the purest form of relaxation, while taking in the beautiful surroundings. On hot summer days, use the tub as a splash pool.

Activities

There is a choice of hiking trails to the waterfalls, fishing on the dam, cycling on the many kilometers of forest single track or horse riding through the forest. This is a farm stay like no other, the kind of place you and your kids will never want to leave.

Absolutely stunning location and farm, loved walking around on this beautiful property. But we were concerned regarding the safety as there is no gate or security at the property and anybody can just walk/drive in. Unfortunately we could not sit outside at night as the frogs and beetles were making the loudest noises ever and this was unbearable.
