There are four shared bathrooms each fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Three of the rooms open onto a balcony and towels and bed linen are available for convenience.

The home has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a lounge that opens onto a covered patio and all the windows and sliding doors are soundproof for extra comfort. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans and tea and coffee facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the 10-seater dining table and the shared lounge offers comfortable seating with a smart TV.

Wi-Fi access is available and the living area opens onto the patio with barbecue facilities overlooking the garden.
