Anguna Holiday Flats are superior self-catering holiday apartments situated on the Margate North Blue Flag "Lucien Beach". Margate is recognized as a South African holiday paradise.

ACCOMMODATION

The Block consists of six flats - three on the ground level and three on the first floor. All six holiday apartments are sea facing with 180 degree sea view. The gate from the lawn leads onto the lifeguard protected ‘Lucien' swimming beach.

All apartments comprise three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, large verandah and sleeps six people.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms and is equipped with a shower and bath, hand basins and WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all self-catering needs. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. Television is in the lounge with a satellite connection and ‘Easy View' channels. In order to access the full spectrum of Multichoice, tenants should bring their own decoder, ‘sim card' and remote, or they can hire from Martin Electronics.

Secure covered parking is available.

LOCATION

Anguna is within easy walking distance of Margate's CBD shopping and restaurants.

Anguna is within 30 minutes of several top international quality golf courses. Close proximity also to many other sporting facilities such as fishing, surfing, squash, tennis, bowls and horse riding.

Attractions such as the bird park, crocodile farm, Oribi Gorge, Kiddies Finland, Wild Coast Sun Casino and Microlite flying are close by. Deep sea fishing and scuba diving at Protea Reef can be arranged with charters from Shelly Beach.
