Atlantic Breeze your " Home from Home" in Sunset Beach. We offer great South African hospitality in spacious and luxurious accommodation. Our four star accommodation offers our visitor a private and quiet relaxing atmosphere.
Sunset Beach is a suburb lying to the north of central Cape Town along the Blaauwberg coast, famous for its views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Robben Island. The sandy, white Sunset Beach is legendary amongst wind and kite surfers and stretches northwards towards Blaauwberg Beach and Big Bay. Beaches in this area encompass a total length of 48 kilometres and, as its name would indicate, are privy to glorious sunsets.
ACCOMMODATION
Atlantic Breeze Guesthouse is decorated in an elegant modern African theme, offering the ultimate comfort, with bedrooms having luxurious en-suite bathrooms, satellite and local TV channels, air-conditioning, safe, fan, hairdryers, a hospitality tray, radio alarm clock, DVD-players. FACILITIES
To our visitors we offer Continental or full English breakfast, a swimming pool, outside BBQ area, a spacious guest lounge with plasma TV and bar, secure parking, the use of a computer, wireless internet, daily housekeeping, amongst other things. For our corporate travellers we also offer free Wireless internet connection, fax and copy facilities and a small conference area.
LOCATION
We are situated 4km from Paarden Island and 1km from Montague Gardens. We are located within walking distance of the beach and a small shopping centre. We are also only a 5 minute drive from the many shopping facilities, restaurants and cinemas in Table View and Bloubergstrand.
ATTRACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES
Outdoor activities and entertainment in and around Sunset Beach include water sports, walks along the beach, golf, and shopping and restaurants at Canal Walk and V&A Waterfront. Other attractions include Robben Island (a World Heritage Site), the indigenous gardens at Kirstenbosch and the wine routes of Constantia and Durbanville, and no visit to Cape Town would be complete without visiting the mountain.
Sunset Beach provides access to the diverse cultural heritage of the Cape West Coast - the historical towns of Atlantis and Mamre display fine examples of rock art from original Khoi inhabitants and restored missionary buildings. Wild flowers, prolific during the winter rainfall months, are an added attraction.
It's the perfect destination for travellers and business people who wish to enjoy quality whilst away from home. The English owner Jo will do her best to make your stay a success.

The Leopard Studio will be serviced daily. Complimentary South African wine may even await you. The Apartment/Suite can accommodate two guests comfortably. Guests may enjoy the outdoor terrace in a garden setting, which has a Braai/BBQ area as well as a lapa, perfect for outdoor dining.
