Self-Catering Villa:
In addition, Clermont offers self-catering accommodation in a historic villa. Step back in time and enjoy this secluded, beautifully appointed old Cape farmhouse. The villa has 3 bedrooms: two downstairs with a full bathroom each, one of which is en suite, and a large loft room with a shower room en suite. The loft is ideal for adults and independent teenagers as it can only be accessed via an outside staircase. Downstairs, lovely in- and outdoor dining areas make for memorable mealtimes. A fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, gas BBQ, washing machine, dryer & ironing facility are also available. The lounge has an iPod docking station, satellite TV, DVD player and a wood-burning fireplace. Finally, a large private pool with magnificent views and a tennis court in the back garden make this the ideal spot for your well-deserved holiday.
