This newly renovated, freestanding holiday home is set within a Milkwood garden and borders the Witsand Nature Reserve, showcasing stunning vistas of the Breede River and ocean. It provides a private, secure, and tranquil environment, ensuring complete solitude for the duration of your stay.
The cottage accommodates four guests in two bedrooms with one bathroom. The first bedroom is appointed with a double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a shower.
The lounge has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, there is a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with sea views. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the river views. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance.
An open-plan living and dining area enhances the cottage's inviting atmosphere, complemented by a storage room located beneath the house. There is secure off-road parking available for two cars and a boat. Guests will have exclusive access to the house and garden, though the garage remains off-limits.
