Baby Whale Bliss is a spacious Witsand holiday home located on the beachfront. This is your beachfront escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. There is a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy whale watching.

Self Catering Accommodation

Baby Whale Bliss has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The main bedroom is sea-facing with a breathtaking view of daily sunrise and the ocean.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a child only bunk bed. There are three bathrooms, one with a bath, toilet and basin and two with a shower, toilet and basin. Two of these are en-suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. A Nespresso machine is available but please remember to bring your own pods.

There is a lounge and dining area with a fireplace / braai, TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi. The dining room table can seat 8 people with an additional breakfast nook.

Attractions

Witsand is a small coastal town situated at the mouth of the Breede River in the Western Cape, South Africa. It is a good fishing area and is widely considered to be the whale nursery of the South African coastline. Being the "Whale Nursery of South Africa", Witsand offers fantastic whale watching opportunities!

This area has the largest concentration of Southern Right whales to be found in a single bay - every year between July and November. Witsand boasts the first Whale Watching Tower on the Garden Route.

Land based whale watching is also great with over a 100 whales in the bay in one day, sometimes as close as 100 metres from the shore!
