Balfour Place is an up-market guest house in Camps Bay offering spacious accommodation in Cape Town. The villa is situated in a leafy cul de sac, only 100 meters from Camps Bay beach and the strip with with beachfront shops, trendy cafés, cocktail bars and famous restaurants is a short stroll away.
