We had a wonderful few days stay in Bambi Cottage at The Stanford Hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the linen was gorgeous which made for an excellent nights sleep! Meticulously clean, very comfortable and well equipped. A bonus are the charming hosts that go out of their way to help with whatever you need (the advantage of being on the hotel grounds, but being totally private and away from other guests at the same time). Fabulous recommendations for Wine estates and restaurants! You need at least two nights in Stanford, three or four would be better. Will definitely be back.
