Designed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, the unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed suitable for children and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath. Linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.; ; The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your self-catering needs and includes a 4-plate gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and a fridge-freezer. The lounge area offers comfortable seating and is fitted with a TV and a smart box for entertainment. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.; ; Step outside to a covered patio complete with a built-in braai and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals.; ; Guests can take advantage of a variety of on-site amenities, including two communal swimming pools, a trampoline, a jungle gym, a volleyball court, and a putt-putt course. Covered parking is available, and an on-site laundromat ensures added convenience for a small fee.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is received within 14 days before arrival and reflected in our bank account before arrival. Please note that there is an R600 admin fee and a R1000 refundable breakage deposit as well. No keys can be released without a full and final settlement.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within the first week of the following month of departure, less any deductions for breakages. The deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by you.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
