Beachfront Studio Holiday Apartment in Sea Point is ideally located in a secure complex just 50m from the Sea Point Promenade, beaches and swimming pool. It is close to the City Centre, the V&A Waterfront as well as the Clifton and Camps Bay beach. The neighbourhood is abuzz with trendy restaurants and bars.

Self Catering Accommodation

Beachfront Studio can accommodate two adults, is located on the top floor of the Blue Waters complex in Sea Point and boasts an open, furnished balcony with partial side views of the ocean.

The bedroom area is furnished with a King-size bed and has a ceiling fan for warm summer days. The separate bathroom, which has been recently renovated, is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a hand basin. Soap and shampoo are provided in the bathroom.

The living area is comfortably furnished and has a two seater table that can be used as a dining table or work desk, and a large flat-screen TV with DStv. Complimentary fibre Wi-Fi is provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, cutlery and crockery. There is a tea tray with basic items for your stay.

Establishment Facilities

Undercover parking is available to guests. Cleaning is done every seven days with a towel and linen change.

Centrally located, this Cape Town accommodation is set between the beautiful beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay and the V&A Waterfront, all within walking distance. The Sea Point swimming pools are situated 800m away and are well worth a visit. We are close to the City Centre, Cape Town Stadium and the Convention Centre. The City Sightseeing, Hop on Hop off, President bus stop is located 300m from our apartment and is your passport to visiting many fabulous tourist destinations on the Cape Peninsula.

Attractions include the Sea Point Promenade, a morning on one of the many beautiful beaches, the V&A Waterfront, a trip to Robben Island, book a tour of Table Mountain, join a kayak tour, hike one of the many marked routes on the mountain, have lunch at any of the fantastic restaurants in the area, go wine tasting in Constantia or visit the Mojo Market.
