Our location at the foot of the majestic Outeniqua Mountains, offers many walking trails surrounded by cascading streams feeding the diverse species of fynbos and proteas. Meander through to Oudtshoorn on the well known Montagu Pass rich with history, exploring wine estates and fruit farms.

Oudtshoorn offers a host of entertainment from, ostrich rides, cage diving with a crocodile or a unique encounter with the cheetahs. The Cango Caves are an adventure of their own with tunnels and rooms of exciting experiences. Mossel Bay, Knysna and Oudtshoorn are all within a 50km radius, which makes George very central for diverse day trips.
