Beautiful Abalone is situated in the tranquil area, close to all the wonderful activities that Hermanus has to offer, yet it is far away enough from the town's busy streets so that you can enjoy your holiday in comfort and serenity.

We offer luxurious, yet affordable self catering accommodation for up to 12 guests. From our seaside location, you are only 90 minutes from Cape Town.

Beautiful Abalone is the ideal house for a big family, a group of friends or tourists that want to explore the splendour of Hermanus.

Self Catering Accommodation

Accommodation is offered in two houses, a loft room and a garden cottage.

The Main House:
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and open up onto the garden, while the loft room upstairs offers additional accommodation with a mini kitchenette and bathroom. There are two additional full bathrooms available, one of which is en-suite.

There is an open plan living area and a kitchen that is probably better equipped than the one you have at home. It offers a stainless steel oven and stove top, dishwasher, microwave oven, tumble dryer, fridge / freezer combination, percolator, toaster and has a separate scullery for late evenings when you would rather relax than washing up the dishes.

Features include an entertainment and barbecue area at the back with a shutter roof that opens and closes. There is secure garage parking.

The Garden Flat:
The separate secluded garden flat sleeps up to two adults and two children under the age of eight years and has its own private entrance. The bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom and a safe is available in the cottage.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering and the unit features a full HD TV with full DStv. There is also a separate barbeque.

Loft Room:
A full bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. A small kitchenette with a refrigerator where you can make a cup of tea without having to go downstairs. A corner with chairs and a couch where you can relax in front of your own TV.
