Bella Vista Villa boasts five lavishly furnished bedrooms, each adorned with Queen-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms featuring showers, toilets, and basins. The master suite indulges with an additional bathtub, while one room accommodates young guests with a cozy sleeper couch, perfect for two children under 12 (additional charges may apply).

Spread across two levels, this residence presents an upper lounge area adorned with plush sofas and a sizable smart TV, complemented by an 8-seater dining ensemble and a built-in BBQ/Braai, all overlooking the azure expanse of the sea.

Sliding doors lead to a secluded balcony boasting a plunge pool/heated jacuzzi, inviting relaxation amidst panoramic views.

On the lower level, an expansive open-plan space encompasses a 10-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a separate scullery housing laundry amenities and direct access to the garage. A guest toilet and outdoor shower enhance convenience, while recreational diversions such as a pool table and darts board await in the double automated garage.

For added peace of mind, amenities include uncapped Wi-Fi, an alarm system, and electric fencing surrounding the fully enclosed garden.

There are no blinds in the downstairs dining/kitchen area or upstairs in the lounge/braai area. All the bedrooms are equipped with blinds.
