Self-Catering Holiday Home
Bella Vista Villa boasts five lavishly furnished bedrooms, each adorned with Queen-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms featuring showers, toilets, and basins. The master suite indulges with an additional bathtub, while one room accommodates young guests with a cozy sleeper couch, perfect for two children under 12 (additional charges may apply).
Spread across two levels, this residence presents an upper lounge area adorned with plush sofas and a sizable smart TV, complemented by an 8-seater dining ensemble and a built-in BBQ/Braai, all overlooking the azure expanse of the sea.
Sliding doors lead to a secluded balcony boasting a plunge pool/heated jacuzzi, inviting relaxation amidst panoramic views.
On the lower level, an expansive open-plan space encompasses a 10-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a separate scullery housing laundry amenities and direct access to the garage. A guest toilet and outdoor shower enhance convenience, while recreational diversions such as a pool table and darts board await in the double automated garage.
For added peace of mind, amenities include uncapped Wi-Fi, an alarm system, and electric fencing surrounding the fully enclosed garden.
There are no blinds in the downstairs dining/kitchen area or upstairs in the lounge/braai area. All the bedrooms are equipped with blinds.

Please note that Bella Vista Villa may not be suitable for young children, as safety features such as pool nets and stair barriers are not provided. Guests are urged to exercise caution, as the property management cannot be held responsible for any incidents involving children.

Bella Vista Villa comprises of five bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds, all en-suite showers. The main en-suite also has a bath. There is a sleeper couch in the one room, which accommodates a maximum of two small children under 12 years old only – subject to additional charge. Split on two levels, house features includes an upstairs lounge area with sofas and large flatscreen smart TV, plus 8-seater dining table and built-in BBQ/Braai, all with full sea views. This room has sliding doors which lead onto a private sea-facing balcony with plunge pool / heated jacuzzi. Downstairs is a spacious open-plan room with 10-seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen. There is a seperate scullery (with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) which has direct access into the garage. There is also a guest toilet and outdoor shower. Additional features include uncapped Wi-Fi, double automated garage, pool table and darts board (both in the garage), an alarm, electrical fencing as well as a fully enclosed garden.
