Belvidere Country Estate’s unique Dam View villa has the most glorious views of the Karkloof reserve and of grazing farmland. Fall asleep to the sound of a black-backed jackel calling in the distance and wake up to the sound of cows mooing peacefully - a true Midlands escape! The open plan kitchen and lounge area has an adjacent large bedroom that can sleep three guests. The room has a King-size bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a modern shower and there is an outside bath that is perfect to relax in underneath the stars! The kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, fridge and other self-catering amenities. There is also a pizza oven and bar area that you are welcome to use.The villa has Wi-Fi and a fireplace. You will have full access to the surrounding farm, as well as walking/mountain bike trails which will be mapped out. Trout fishing in the farm dams is available on request. We may or may not greet you on arrival, but will be available telephonically should you require.

There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a King-size bed and the other furnished with two single beds. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge for children. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. This villa is fitted with all the latest modern amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for your self catering stay. The comfortable lounge has a fireplace and there is Wi-Fi. The view from the villa is superb, and overlooks our vlei teaming with bird life. Outdoor area has pizza oven, and large outdoor verandah.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
