Self Catering Accommodation

Bizwani Beach Cottage has two bedrooms with sea views from the main bedroom and living room. The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. The second bedroom has two single beds and a door leading to a courtyards. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living area has a sofa, smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Attractions

Schoenmakerskop boasts quiet swimming beaches, rock pools, fishing, a coastal reserve, beach and fynbos walks, ocean views, varied marine life and picnic spots away from the hustle and bustle of Port Elizabeth. In summer beach and walks entice, and in winter the fynbos is at its best and whales are seen regularly blowing and breaching.

The area offers attractive seascapes, landscapes and depending on the season, some remarkable displays of dune vegetation and wild flowers. At the end of the village, a bronze cannon points towards the wreck site of the Portuguese galleon, Sacramento, which floundered and sank on 30 June 1647.

From here you are close to the Seaview Predator Park and Kragga Kamma Game Park, and Addo Elephant Park is a 45 minute drive away. There are regular cruises offered in Algoa Bay to view dolphin and penguin, and whale in the winter months.
