Situated within the charming communal garden of Black Rock House, a private residence with friendly pets, you'll find plenty of space for relaxation and barbecuing, along with a private lookout area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while watching the sunrise.

The garden features several designated areas for barbecuing, with portable metal braais available for your convenience. An outdoor shower is also provided, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach or cooling down during the warm summer months.

The Area

A private gate provides access to the serene river mouth and the peaceful beach. Just 30 metres away, you can enjoy a quiet beach.

Take a leisurely walk along the deserted shore, search for shells, or simply relax on your towel. Our river is ideal for stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and even windsurfing. You can also skip stones or look out for the resident fish eagles.
