Blue Crane @ Glen Eden is located on Glen Eden Farm and offers comfortable Montagu accommodation just 14km outside of town. With 360 degree mountain views, fresh mountain air, and only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Montagu, Glen Eden Farm is ideally located for a peaceful getaway.

Self Catering Accommodation

Blue Crane @ Glen Eden is a self catering holiday home in Montagu sleeping eight guests. The house has three large bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is a sleeper couch available in the living area, for an extra two guests, if required. Towels and linen are provided as is everything you need for a comfortable self-catering break.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate gas stove, an electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable seating as well as a TV and cosy fireplace. The dining room has ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.

The house has a large wrap-around garden, with a wooden deck at the front of the house and a seating area at the back of the house. The garden has dining furniture, a braai and splash pool. Being close to the touch farm the house is a great viewing spot for our animals.

Pets

Pets are welcome if arranged at the time of booking and at the owners discretion. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the splash pools.

Experience

There are a number of walks around the farm, although think of the farm as your own during your stay and wander.

There is a dam with black bass and tilapia for fishing, the area has a picnic bench and fire pit should you wish to braai there.

We have a touch farm with alpacas, goats, rabbits, turkeys, chickens, geese and ducks, which you're welcome to walk around at any time. You may even get a visit from our gardening crew of sheep and donkeys who are roaming around.

If you want to get up close and personal to any of the animals, we can arrange for you to join us to feed them.
