Blyde River Log House is a self catering holiday home in Hoedspruit with two air conditioned bedrooms.

The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size extra length bed and dressing table with hairdryer. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a large shower, basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a large bath, shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, large fridge / freezer, cutler and crockery. Meals are available on request.

There is a lounge with comfortable furniture and TV with satellite channels, leading to the deck with outdoor furniture, fire pit, braai facilities and a splash pool / Jacuzzi with a river view.

Attractions

From the deck overlooking the river you can relax and admire your surroundings or scan the bush in search of the endangered and elusive Pels Fishing owl or other resident fauna surrounding the guesthouse.

Hippo, crocodile, bush babies, chacma baboon, waterbuck, kudu, impala, warthog and spotted hyaena have all been seen from the deck with signs (audio and tracks) of other more elusive creatures (leopard, Pels Fishing owl and wood owl)ever present.
