Self Catering Accommodation

Boulders Beach Villa is a self catering holiday home in Simons Town sleeping ten guests. There are five en-suite bedrooms each furnished with a King-size bed. Four of the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin and one is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Complimentary shampoo and soaps are provided. There is an additional guest toilet.

The modern living space consists of a sitting area with a fireplace, a comfortable lounge, TV with satellite channels and high speed internet. There is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen containing everything needed for your self-catering stay including a gas and electric stove.

Outside is an undercover patio with an outdoor lounge and a built-in braai overlooking the garden and a plunge pool. Upstairs there is a decked area with a table and chairs a built-in braai and sensational views.

The outside shower is perfect for sandy feet.

Simple gardens envelop the outskirts of the property further enhancing the intimacy and seclusion of the property. The Villa gate is 10 seconds relaxed walk to the entrance of the Boulders Beach Penguin estate.

With solar power, load shedding will not be an issue and the villa has good security with an electric fence and burglar bars over all windows.

Daily service can be arranged at an additional charge and a weekly linen change is included in the daily rental.
