414 Breakers Resort is a luxury studio apartment located in the Breakers Resort in Umhlanga which is just 50ms from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport. 414 Breakers Resort is a 4th floor studio apartment sleeping two adults and two children in a King-size bed and a short sleeper couch. There is one bathroom with a large shower. Soap and toilet rolls are provided. The apartment has a sitting area with a flat screen TV, a USB port and digital satellite channels. There is air conditioning and the unit is serviced daily. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need and there is a small table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals.

Admission will not be given to unaccompanied minors and the guest will forfeit any amount already paid. Strictly no bookings permitted for teenagers during rage week towards the end of November and early into December.

      Transgressors will have their booking terminated at full cost.

      Please note that to maintain the current high standards, the resort undergoes maintenance and renovations from August to November, weekdays between 09h00 to 16h00. Guests may experience some inconvenience as a result thereof.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
