Buff and Fellow by the Bay sleeps eight guests. There is one main bedroom downstairs that is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the third has four single beds. There is a separate bathroom shared by these two rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The unit has a laundry with a washer and dryer. There is an open plan living and dining area with an indoor fireplace and braai. The games room has a bar area with a wood-fired hot tub and a pizza oven. Canoes, boogie boards, and beach essentials are provided.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
